II. Public Hearings:

1. 51 North Fifth Street, Tax ID# 110.45-2-75: Amended application from Galvan Civic I, Inc, for a site plan to convert existing vacant space in the basement into a professional office space with a day care program with off-street parking.

2. 175 South Front Street, Tax ID# 109.15-1-1: Continuation of a hearing on an application by A. Colarusso and Son, Inc., for a conditional use permit to replace 75 feet of bulkhead on the north end of the property.



III. Approve July minutes.



IV. Discuss hearing matters.



1. 7 Fairview Avenue, Tax ID#110.55-01-40: Site plan application from Pemberley LLC to change the current use of the property to a mixed use dwelling to include office space, art gallery uses and occasional reception type events.



2. 175 South Front Street, Tax ID# 109.15-1-1: A hearing on an application by A. Colarusso and Son, Inc., for a conditional use permit expand the Haul Road.
