Re:              Snow Removal in the Coming Days

DPW has been working around the clock since early Tuesday morning to plow roads to allow for safe passage of all vehicles.  More than two feet of snow fell within a 24-hour period, with heavy winds compounding issues.  It has been challenging for everyone in the City, and I appreciate your efforts to help keep things moving.

Plowing and snow removal will continue for the next four to five days.  During this time, it is important that everyone obey the NO PARKING signs that will be placed on each street.  No street will have parking on both sides of the street until removal of snow from both sides is complete this will be indicated by the removal of NO PARKING signs from the street.  To reiterate:  always obey the posted NO PARKING signs around the clock until they are removed.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Stay warm and safe out there!
