City of Hudson Revaluation Project Rolls On
The City of Hudson continues its Revaluation Project through 2018, in an effort to create fair and equitable property assessments for the 2019 Tax Roll.
At this point in time, about half of the City’s Residential Properties have had their exterior inspected. The GAR Appraisal Company has started to collect inventory on Commercial and Industrial Properties.
GAR and the City Assessor will continue to communicate with Hudson tax payers with data mailers to confirm accurate inventory. This portion of the project will continue through the end of September.
If you have any further questions about this revaluation project, contact City Assessor Justin Maxwell at the number below. The intent of the City is to work with the Community to achieve its goal of fair and equitable property assessments.
We look forward to bringing the City of Hudson up to date with this revaluation!
