About Hudson

Dunn Warehouse

The 5,500 Square Foot Former Dunn Warehouse is located on the corner of Broad and Water Streets adjacent to the Hudson Amtrak station.

Developer Partnership

The city seeks an adaptive reuse of the property to increase city revenue, employment opportunities for residents (particularly living-wage jobs), and/or increase quality of life. The City has conducted extensive planning exploring the reuse of the site and has significant incentives to offer to the right partner/developer.

The DRI Committee has issued a Request For Expression of Interest with appendices. Proposals are due Friday, April 10, 2020 at 4:00 PM.

Redevelopment Analysis and Master Plan

In August 2015, the Hudson Development Corporation (HDC) received a Concept Development Plan from Saratoga Associates for the Adaptive Reuse of the Dunn Warehouse on the Hudson waterfront.
