Prepared by Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, 2018
The City of Hudson and Columbia County are committed to fostering a wide range of housing options for residents as a crucial part of building sustainable neighborhoods, local amenities and economic opportunities. To that end, and as a result of community input during the City’s NYS-funded Downtown Revitalization Initiative, the City created a Housing Task Force (HTF) composed of local community leaders to review available data and make recommendations in the form of a Strategic Housing Plan (SHAP). This plan was developed in partnership with Hudson Valley Patterns for Progress.
