Alternate Side Parking on Weekends Reinstated; Meter Fees Waived for December
In preparation for the winter weather, starting Saturday, December 4, alternate side street parking rules in the City of Hudson will resume 7 days per week.

Between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am on all streets within the City unless otherwise posted:

Park on the odd side for odd numbered calendar dates.
Park on the even side for even numbered calendar dates.


For example:

Friday, December 3, 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am: Park on odd side
Saturday, December 4, 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am: Park on even side
Sunday, December 5, 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am: Park on odd side


Note the time that alternate side regulation begins at 12:00 midnight. If parking on the evening of December 4 to leave the car parked until the morning of December 5, park on the odd side of the street so that you comply December 5, 12 - 8 am.

Between 8:00 am through midnight, unless otherwise posted or a snow emergency is declared, parking on both sides.

Additionally, beginning December 1 through December 31, parking meter fees throughout the City will be waived. Metered parking will resume on January 1, 2022. During this period, parking at the Amtrak Parking Lot at 69 South Front Street still requires normal fees.
